The Brasserie Louis has been entertaining hungry locals and travelers since opening its doors in 2007. Taking full advantage of the rich agriculture of Central Pennsylvania, the Brass offers fresh, locally-sourced food with a focus on flavor. For those with dietary restrictions, we are proud to always offer a selection of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Historic highlights of our building at 101 Market St:

1825 – Partially built by a local school teacher

1830-c.1890 – Building completed by the Merrill Linn family

c.1930-1955 – Operates as a boarding house

1955-2000 – The Lewisburg Inn houses travelers passing through town

2000-2007 – The Highlands Pub feeds hungry patrons

2007 – The Brasserie Louis opens its doors in downtown Lewisburg
